Deb Bell

Deb Bell

Deb is a founding member of Hallowed Oaks Grove, ADF, and the current Senior Druid.  Yule is her favorite ritual and she has been Presiding Druid or Assistant Presiding Druid over Yule since the beginning.  She has assisted with many rituals throughout the years and has actively participated in every aspect of the grove (study programs, liturgy programs, business meetings, charity fundraisers, hospitality/growth, and community volunteer work).  When the grove isn’t busy planning & attending ritual weekends, we are actively involved in the grove’s extended family and we look for any reason to get together (birthday, bbq, it’s Saturday, etc.)!!!

Deb is the proud mother of two children, a son Caleb who is active in the grove and a daughter Ashley who is on a path of her own and about to head off to college.  Deb is crazy about her husband Reggie, whose struggle to find his way several years ago lead him to ADF and us to found Hallowed Oaks Grove, ADF, in 2002.  She has often been referred to as the Grove Mom who people turn to for anything that might be missing (band-aids, candles, incense, tablecloths, camp gear, etc.); needless to say she don’t pack lightly!

Deb enjoys most all outdoor activities and camping in particular.  There’s nothing better than chilling by the campfire…  She’s also a bit of a thrill seeker; she’s been sky-diving and walks on fire every chance she gets (her nickname is FireFairy)!

In her spare time, she works fifty to sixty hours a week in a sales support role for a global electronics company; she’s what her husband calls an addict & absolutely loves what she does for a living!
